Bisteca de porco frita (Pan-fried pork chop)

Ingredientes: Ingredients:
4 bistecas de porco 4 pork chops
1 dente de alho amassado 1 clove of crushed garlic
salsinha picada finely chopped parley
algumas gotas de limão some drops of lemon juice
sal e pimenta-do-reino a gosto salt and ground black pepper to taste
óleo para fritar oil for pan-frying
Modo de fazer: Preparation:
1. Coloque as bistecas numa tigela. 1. Put the pork chops in a bowl.
2. Tempere as bistecas com alho, salsinha, limão, sal e pimenta a gosto. 2. Season the pork chops with garlic, parsley, lemon, salt and ground black pepper to taste.
3. Cubra a tigela com um filme plástico. 3. Cover the bowl with a plastic film.
4. Coloque a tigela na geladeira por 1 hora ou mais. 4. Put the bowl in the fridge for 1 hour or longer.
5. Frite as bistecas em óleo quente até dourar. 5. Pan-fry the pork chops in hot oil until golden brown/done.
6. Coloque as bistecas num prato e sirva. 6. Put the pork chops on a plate and serve.

Remark: "Bisteca de porco" is one of the "virado à paulista" dishes.
